WHAT DO I DO IF MY NEW ITEMS DON’T FIT ME OR I’VE CHANGED MY MIND?
Neverhome. offers a 30-day exchange policy if you change your mind or if your garment doesn’t fit. The item(s) must be in their original condition and all the tags must be attached to be able to return or exchange.

To return or exchange a garment(s) please follow the below instructions:

  1. Please email orders@neverhome.com and advise your order number, photos of the garment and a brief description of the reason for your exchange / return and one of our friendly team members will be in touch within 5 business days to email you the Return / Exchange form.
  2. Please complete our Return / Exchange form in its entirety and send this back with the garment(s). We will supply a return post label for any faulty goods.
  3. We will supply you with the return postage address on the Return / Exchange form.
  4. All postage returns for exchanges or change of mind is payable by the customer. We recommended using tracking for all parcels as Neverhome cannot be held liable for parcels that are lost or not returned by carriers in this process.

WHAT DO I DO IF I BELIEVE THE GARMENT(S) I RECEIVED IS FAULTY?
We do have quality control on all our items, but the occasional fault can occur.

To return or exchange a garment(s) you believe is faulty, please follow the below instructions:

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we receive the goods back at Head Office, we will issue your refund within 5 business days, so please allow 5-10 working days to receive your refund as all payment providers have different processes.
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, please contact the team on orders@neverhome.com.

IF I NEED TO RETURN / EXCHANGE AN ITEM WITHIN THE COMPANY’S 30 DAY POLICY PERIOD AS I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND; WHO PAYS FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING?
The return shipping will need to be paid for by the customer and we recommend that you use a service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for any loss or delay of packages being returned.
Once the garment(s) have been returned to Neverhome, and we can confirm that all original tags are on the garment(s) we will issue you a refund for the returned items only (shipping will only be refunded on faulty items) via the same method that the original payment was made.

CAN I RETURN / EXCHANGE AN ITEM PURCHASED THROUGH A STOCKIST DIRECT TO HEAD OFFICE?
For all enquiries regarding garment(s) purchased via Neverhome stockists please contact the retailer you purchased from directly to discuss with their team members.
