No, you can choose to check out as a guest or from an account. If you choose to set up an account, it will hold all your shipping details to make it easier for checkout.

First, check your email and password details. If you can’t remember your password, please click reset password. You will then receive an email providing you with a link to reset your password.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY PROFILE DETAILS (INCLUDING MY SHIPPING ADDRESS)?
Log into your account and then click EDIT/Edit to select and edit the fields you wish to update.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD ON MY ACCOUNT?
Updating your password can be completed via your profile. Once you log into your account you then select the edit option and enter your old password followed by your new password twice, select save and your new password will now be active. To opt out of mailings you can either click unsubscribe at the bottom of any newsletter or click on your profile link whilst logged into your account and untick the newsletter option.

No, we don’t have any facilities to store credit card or PayPal account details, each time you purchase you will need to complete the payment section.
HOW CAN I CONFIRM THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED BY NEVERHOME?
You will receive an email confirming your order once the payment has been completed. If you have set up an account with Neverhome you can view all current and previous orders once logged in. If you have any concerns, please contact the team and we can help.
HOW CAN I SEE PRICING FOR ITEMS IN MY LOCAL CURRENCY?
By default, all prices are shown in AUD (Australian dollars). To adjust this, select your preferred currency from the dropdown menu (when available) in the top nav bar on any page. WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?
We always take the utmost care when packing your item(s), but unfortunately sometimes mistakes happen. If you have received the wrong item firstly, we want to apologise for the inconvenience. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, quote your order number, name, address, phone number and the error that has occurred. We will then be in contact to arrange the exchange and explain how to proceed with the return.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CARE FOR MY NEVERHOME GARMENT(S)?
As with all the Neverhome clothing it's always best to wash all clothing on a cold temperature light wash cycle. Please always use a mild detergent and wash all garments with cold water. Please line dry and do not dry clean or use tumble dryers. Wash with like colours only and always check the care label on every item as items will differ depending on the range.
